Samra has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and people management, She has a proven track record in ensuring greater alignment of the human resource function with overall business goals to achieve growth.
Before joining Hero Vired, Samra was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Centum Learning.
Her notable achievement has been building Digiminds Career Solutions (EQVIP) from scratch under the Bharti Group banner to bridge the existing gap between the ‘available’ and ’employable’ talent pool. She has also been associated with reputed companies such as HCL Technologies, IBM and Tata Teleservices in the past.
